Cleaning and disinfection

Wipe: Completely wet the sterile soft cloth in 75% or 70% alcohol, thoroughly wipe the host and measuring line 10 times, and replace the sterile cloth after each wipe. Wet the aseptic soft cloth completely in purified water, wipe the host and measuring line thoroughly 10 times, and replace the aseptic cloth after each wipe.

Drying: Use a dry absorbent sterile cloth to wipe off residual water marks on the surface of the main machine and measuring line.

Cleaning and sterilizing

Rinse: Rinse the reducer, lip hook, file clip, and silicone sleeve with running water for 2 minutes to remove surface contaminants. Note: In order to better clean the internal parts of the file clamp, it is necessary to press and release the file clamp five times during the cleaning process. The following steps also apply.

Wipe: Wet a soft clean cloth in the cleaning agent and thoroughly wipe the surface of the tested sample 5 times. Replace the clean soft cloth after each wipe. If there are still visible contaminants, repeat the wipe until there are no visible contaminants.

Scrub: Scrub the tested sample thoroughly for 3 min with an instrument brush soaked with cleaning agent.

Soak: Soak the tested sample in the cleaning agent for 5 min.

Rinse: Rinse the tested sample with purified water for 2 min to remove the residual cleaning agent on the surface.

Drying: Use a dry absorbent soft cloth to wipe off any residual water marks on the surface of the sample.

Sterilization: Put the reducer, lip hook, file clip and silicone sleeve that have completed the cleaning step into a disposable sterilization bag respectively. The sterilization temperature is 121℃, the sterilization time is 20min, and the pressure is 205.8kPa.
